WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is a thought-provoking, collaborative process that helps you explore where you are now, where you want to be, and what’s getting in the way.

The focus is on you - your goals, your growth, and your unique experience of the world. It’s a supportive partnership designed to help you navigate change, deepen self-understanding, and take action in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

WHAT IS TRANSFORMATIVE COACHING?

Transformative coaching is different to performance coaching. It’s intended to focus on who you are, not just what you do. It helps you understand how your identity shapes your actions and experiences.  

Rooted in the principles of Positive Psychology, transformative coaching can bring about deep personal change, shifting limiting beliefs and assumptions. The result is meaningful, lasting change that unlocks personal and professional growth.

WHO DO YOU WORK WITH?

I work with people who are ready to invest in themselves, whether you’re a leader navigating complex challenges, or you’re in mid-life looking for clarity and direction. My clients are often facing transitions, feeling “stuck,” or wanting to lead with more authenticity and impact.

DO I NEED TO HAVE GOALS BEFORE STARTING?

Not at all. Some clients come with a clear goal; others start with a feeling of uncertainty. Either way, we’ll work together to uncover what matters to you and create a path forward.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A COACHING SESSION?

A typical session is a confidential, focused conversation where we explore your thoughts, feelings, and options. You’ll leave with greater clarity, new perspectives, and practical steps to move forward.

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?

That depends on your goals and circumstances. Many clients work with me for 3–6 months to create lasting change and have at least six sessions.

IS IT IN PERSON OR ONLINE?

Most of my coaching is online, which means we can work together wherever you are. I also offer in-person sessions in certain locations by arrangement.

DO YOU TAILOR COACHING TO EACH CLIENT?

Absolutely. No two people are the same, so your coaching journey will be shaped entirely around your needs, values, and preferences.

HOW MUCH DOES COACHING COST?

I offer different packages depending on the length and depth of support you’re looking for. We can discuss the best option for you during a free consultation.

DO YOU OFFER A FREE CONSULTATION?

Yes, I offer a complimentary 45-minute call so you can get a feel for how I work and decide whether we’re a good fit.

HOW DO I BOOK?

You can send me a message via my contact page. I’ll get back to you within 48 hours to arrange your first call.

WHAT’S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

DO YOU WORK INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. Online coaching allows me to work with clients worldwide, across time zones.

HOW SOON WILL I SEE RESULTS?

Some clients notice shifts after the first session; others see gradual changes over time. The key is your openness to explore, reflect, and take action between sessions.

WILL COACHING SOLVE ALL MY PROBLEMS?

Coaching won’t make life’s challenges disappear, but it will give you the clarity, tools, and mindset to navigate them with greater confidence and resilience.
